The carpet looks dated and the bathroom design really needs a refresh!!! The sound insulation is inadequate, leading to quite a disturbance from other rooms. Additionally, the television had consistent reception issues, making it hard to relax.

Great Stay with Clean Facilities
Had a wonderful stay! Enjoyed the spacious room and appreciated the friendly staff. The shuttle service to downtown may take time, but using Lyft was a breeze. Loved the complimentary breakfast, especially the fresh fruits and pastries. Definitely recommend staying here for a comfortable experience!

The central location made it so easy to stroll through nearby parks and visit landmarks like the stunning Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, just over 2 km away, and the vibrant Music Row, only about 500 meters from the hotel, truly making the most of my weekend adventure in Nashville. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, just what I needed to unwind after a day out exploring, and I appreciated that the hotel had an on-site laundry facility for convenience as a solo traveler. but be prepared for some noise if your room faces the street since West End can get quite lively.

The queen suite had a comfortable sofa bed and a private bathroom with a roll-in shower. Free toiletries and a hairdryer were provided. Loved the indoor swimming pool and fitness center. Breakfast included a good selection of hot items and fresh fruit. Room was clean and quiet, with a good location near downtown.
